3D Printing

3D Printing is the process of making a three-dimensional physical objects by laying down many thin layers of a plastic material in succession.

3D Printing allows individuals to participate in small manufactured projects. Custom items may be designed at the library or from home using a variety of Computer Assisted Drawing (CAD) programs. Users may print using digital files downloaded from online design communities such as Thingiverse.
