Register to join the LION Minecraft server in the Children’s Library or at the Information Desk.

LION Minecraft is a Minecraft server cooperative moderated by LION member libraries. The purpose of this cooperative is to provide a safe, fun, vibrant, and welcoming community for players (ages 5-17) from member libraries.

Registration Guidelines

For us to add you to the LION Minecraft server you must:

Stop into the Children's Library or Information Desk or bring the completed Server Request form to either desk.  After the application is reviewed, patrons will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the library server.

*Minecraft PE, Xbox or PlayStation accounts do not work on our server.

Guest Minecraft accounts are available for children and teens at the Children's Information Desk.

Minecraft Meetup!

Thursday, May 18
4:00- 5:00PM, Griffin Roomminecraft meetup

Are you into Minecraft? Want to meet up with other Minecraft players? Come to our Minecraft Meetup to play Minecraft with others in person or virtually on our LION Libraries server.
Login to the LION Minecraft Server between 4-5pm to explore Valhalla (now covered in the colors of the season), try a new arena game, or create a wild haunted house in Creative.
Everyone who logs in for this Meetup will be entered into a raffle for a Minecraft prize!

If you want to play on the server, in person at the library, we will have a few laptops available or you can bring your own laptop or device.   (Also, be sure to bring your account login information to sign into Minecraft or you can use one of our guest accounts.)  Sign up not required for this program unless you want to reserve a computer.
