Program Description
Event Details
We will use glass jars, covered with mod podge and epsom salts to create lovely, winter luminaries.
These can be embellished to represent our cold, long winter, or perhaps Valentine’s Day!
This even it cancelled due to inclement weather. The city will close at 3:00 PM
