Wi-Fi Hotspots

These portable hotspots connect Wi-Fi-enabled devices such as laptops, tablets, or smartphones to the internet. The hotspots can connect up to 10 devices at one time.

All patrons checking out a Hotspot must complete the MPL Hotspot Agreement Form

Check out period is 14 days. 

• Must be age 18 or older to check out a hotspot.
• Hotspots are not holdable or renewable. Available on a first come, first served basis. 
• Overdue fines of $5.00 per day until the Hotspot is returned.
• A replacement fee of $85.00 will be charged for lost and damaged hotspots.
• If a hotspot is not returned, Wi-Fi access will be turned off.
• To allow for wider circulation, after a borrower has returned a hotspot, they and all others at the same address, must wait seven days before checking out another hotspot. 
• PLEASE DO NOT RETURN IN BOOK DROP. RETURN HOTSPOT TO INFORMATION DESK.
• PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO A DIFFERENT LIBRARY.
