Join Lenore Martinelli as she talks about the MPL's newest art exhibition, CT Pieces for Peace. Lenore belongs to a women's international educational society (DKG International) and is currently the president of the CT State Organization. One of her committees is The Curriculum of Hope for a Peaceful World. Its mission is to promote peace education, protect the environment, foster human rights, and celebrate diversity.

The CT Pieces for Peace Traveling Exhibition was inspired by the CITYarts Pieces for Peace project of New York City. Schools in CT were invited to have students create their own art work expressing "What Does Peace Look Like to You?" The artwork has been displayed in many venues in northeastern Connecticut.
