Library hours for Thanksgiving holiday.

The library will close early at 4pm on Wednesday, November 27th.  

The library will be closed Thursday, November 28th in observance of Thanksgiving Day. 

The library will reopen on Friday, November 29th at 9:30am.

How are those New Year’s resolutions going?  If one of your goals is to learn a new language this year, come to the Meriden Public Library.  This Valentine’s Day you’ll be able to express your amore in italiano—or any one of the 100+ languages you can start learning or brush up on with your library card and our language-learning online resource, Pronunciator.  Join us for a workshop on Tuesday, February 14, from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM.  Valentine’s Day treats and refreshments after the class.  

Meriden Public Library card required. Registration requested.
