Have you ever wanted to learn about finding edible plants in the natural world around us, and incorporating them into delicious meals? Come see rising star Chrissy Tracey – a first-generation Jamaican American vegan chef originally from Cheshire – talk about her new book, Forage & Feast: Recipes for Bringing Mushrooms & Wild Plants to Your Table: A Cookbook, which features 85 flavorful recipes using foraged ingredients. Interwoven with stories from Chrissy’s own foraging and culinary experiences and accompanied by lush photography, Forage & Feast is the perfect introduction to finding food in the natural world and turning it into something both beautiful and tasty.

She has received many accolades from fellow chefs, food-centric magazines, and the Wall Street Journal. Jacques Pépin, television personality and fellow cookbook author, calls her book "well written, engaging, informative, original, and a joy to read."

Come join us for this special talk on Thursday, August 29th at 6:30pm!
