Library hours for Thanksgiving holiday.

The library will close early at 4pm on Wednesday, November 27th.  

The library will be closed Thursday, November 28th in observance of Thanksgiving Day. 

The library will reopen on Friday, November 29th at 9:30am.

Summer Reading Kickoff: Book Swap

We can't wait to see you here! Community members of all ages are welcome to bring in books to swap with other people. Any books donated left over from the event will be given to the Friends of the Library Book Store.

While here, you are welcome to grab a cold treat, sign up for our summer reading program, and take home a new-to-you book!

Dog Man Little Free Library Unveiling

“Rats!!! We unwittingly created the greatest Little Free Library ever!”

Did you know that Dog Man Little Free Libraries were granted in all 50 States? We were thrilled to receive one for Connecticut along with 1000 FREE BOOKS! We are unveiling our Dog Man Little Free Library on Saturday, June 22nd at 1pm in the library’s main hallway in front of the Tomie dePaola Children’s Room.

Thank you to author Dav Pilkey, Scholastic, and Little Free Library for selecting us for this awesome opportunity!
