Event Details
Starting slowly with beginner stretches and gentle movements, attendees will then move into a modified flow through traditional yoga poses with the guidance of yoga instructor Aime Meacham.
This hour long program includes sun salutation instruction, verbal and visual cueing, ending with a relaxing meditative savasana.
All skill levels welcome, modifications provided.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat or towel.
Any other props needed during the program will be available to borrow from the instructor.
