Max Corvo of OSS: An American Story (Monday, March 27)
Presenter: William Corvo, amateur historian
Max Corvo was a 21-year-old immigrant from Sicily who arrived in Middletown, CT, at the age of nine. He joined the army before Pearl Harbor and in short time wrote an invasion plan for Sicily and the plan for development of partisan warfare. By the war's end he was a Major and had been named Chief of Operations for Secret Intelligence (OSS) in Italy.
