Join SIGNING Basics for our popular “Signing ROCKS! the Holidays” event that will get you excited about learning American Sign Language (ASL).
Our Signing Holiday event will engage you through games and activities that are fun to play while learning various signs related to holiday activities and characters. Some signs you will learn are Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Santa Claus, Reindeer, Hot chocolate/cocoa, Christmas tree, Snow, Decorations, Elf, Cookies, and more.
An excellent event for beginners and can be enjoyed by individuals who have more advanced skills. ASL events are taught in ASL, and sign language interpreting is not provided.
Registration is required for this event and this event is best for ages 7 years old and older. For youth under the age of seven, it is best to join with an adult. No sign language skills are necessary!
