Second third of largest combined meeting space used for most library programs. Located in the new addition. May be reserved, at least three weeks in advance, according to library policy by nonprofits and for-profit organizations alike. Chairs, tables, and AV screen available.
Equipment
Chairs, tables, and AV screen available. Groups using the meeting rooms will be responsible for: setting up chairs, tables, etc., proper supervision, restoring the room to the same condition in which it was found, and costs arising from any damage or loss during use. Smoking or use of tobacco products is not allowed anywhere in the library facility or within 25 feet of the building. Normal vacuuming and trash removal are provided. If the rooms requires cleaning after a meeting, the customer is responsible for doing so or may be charged an additional fee. When reserving a meeting room, sponsors must indicate the number of tables and chairs they will need to conduct the meeting/event.
